>If your service is disconnected for nonpayment, the following will be required before service is reconnected: Payment of all past due amounts; payment of all current charges, and payment of all previously billed administrative fees.
>Making a payment on the actual day of disconnect MAY NOT PREVENT THE INTERRUPTION OF YOUR SERVICE, however if you make your payment online or over the phone portal, and notify our office that same day during business hours (7:30AM-4:30PM), your service will be reconnected by the end of that business day.
>THERE ARE NO AFTER HOURS RECONNECTIONS - If you make a payment outside of regular business hours, your reconnection WILL NOT OCCUR until the next business day.
