>>Making a payment on the actual day of disconnect MAY NOT PREVENT THE INTERRUPTION OF YOUR SERVICE, however if you make your payment and notify our office that same day during business hours (7:30AM-4:30PM), your service will be reconnected by the end of that business day.
>>THERE ARE NO AFTER HOURS RECONNECTIONS - If you make a payment outside of regular business hours (7:30AM-4:30PM), your reconnection WILL NOT OCCUR until the next business day.
